  • Use automated tools to extract passages in bulk without permission
  • Reproduce substantial portions of the archive for commercial purposes
  • Misrepresent historical texts as current medical guidance or professional advice
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin or restricted areas

4. Intellectual property

The underlying texts in this library are historical works in the public domain. The database structure, search engine, interface design, and any original editorial content are the property of Homeopathic Library and may not be reproduced without permission.

Where OCR corrections or editorial notes have been added, these represent original work and remain the property of the site operators.

5. User accounts

Registered accounts are currently limited to authorised administrators. If you have been granted an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcriptions are perfectly accurate. OCR and digitisation processes may introduce errors; always verify against the original source where accuracy is critical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeopathic Library and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on historical texts for health or medical decisions.
